SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Tuesday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will ship the next business day.

CARRIER DELAYS
Divine Hair Care is committed to prompt order processing. Due to the pandemic, the USPS and other package carriers are experiencing unprecedented delays right now. We will not refund shipping fees caused by carrier delays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. We do not accept return items that have been used or opened unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase, for exchange only of equal or lesser value.
WRONG OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We do not process product exchanges. Be sure to review your order details before placing an order or send us an email with questions regarding products.

We are not responsible for incorrect order addresses. Be sure to review your address before finalizing your order. Once shipped, we are responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. If your order is returned due to shipping discrepancies and you would like it re-shipped, you are responsible for the re-shipping fee.
